Terms of Use
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms are the rules for using Omoka, a service from NAICCON Ltd. By using Omoka on WhatsApp or at omoka.io you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What Omoka is
Omoka suggests career paths, gives you a 90-day plan, and lists opportunities. It is a guide, not a promise. We can’t guarantee a place, a job or an income.
Who can use it
Omoka is for school leavers. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree before we store your results. You need a Kenyan mobile number to sign up.
Your account
- Give us true information, especially your grades.
- Your phone number is your login. If you share a phone, log out or clear the chat after you use it.
- Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
Paths and opportunities
- Our team checks every listing before you see it, but details can change. Confirm them on the official page before you apply.
- Omoka never takes payment or applications. You apply on the provider’s own link.
- Never pay anyone to get an opportunity you found on Omoka. If someone asks, report it to us.
- Links to courses and other sites are run by other people. We are not responsible for them.
Proof, badges and XP
- Only upload proof that is yours and true. Fake proof can lead us to remove badges or your account.
- You give us permission to keep your proof and show it to your mentor and our team so we can approve it.
- Badges and XP are for motivation. They have no cash value.
Mentors
Mentors are trained volunteers or partners who help you stay on track. They are not our employees and they can’t promise you a job. A mentor must never ask you for money, private photos or personal favours. If one does, tell us straight away.
Messages
We message you on WhatsApp and SMS for reminders and support. WhatsApp’s own terms apply to those chats, and your network may charge you for data. You can ask us to stop sending reminders at any time.
Be decent
Don’t misuse Omoka. That means no harassment, no fake accounts, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no using it to trick or harm other people. We can suspend accounts that do.
A pilot service
Omoka is in a pilot. Features may change, pause or end, and the service may sometimes be down. We will try to give notice of big changes.
Our responsibility
We work hard to give you good guidance, but Omoka is provided as it is. As far as Kenyan law allows, NAICCON Ltd is not responsible for decisions you make or losses you suffer from relying on Omoka, or from opportunities run by other people. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
Your information
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If the change matters, we will tell you on WhatsApp or on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
